Grayscale Design Studio was formed with the vision of providing high quality outsourcing of CAD drafting and CAD conversion services at an affordable rate without all the hassle usually associated with CAD outsourcing. Through a combination of efficient business processes and a strong network of CAD experts locally, we are able to provide CAD services at a fraction of conventional rates – typically RM15 per hour or less, depending on the project. Additionally, Fixed Prices are available for 2D CAD Conversion Projects based on sheet size.
Architectural Drafting Design
Paper to CAD Conversion
Our Standard Service is best for your typical conversion project where there isn't a strict set of requirements.
We will convert your as-built drawings into your choice of AutoCAD (All Version). To get started, just mail your hardcopy drawings to our office or email us your scanned TIF/PDF files.
Our conversion process of manually hand drafting each sheet is designed to perfectly match the original documents. We never use "scan to vector" applications to convert your drawings, due to the possibility of errors.
CAD to BIM Conversion
Our CAD to 3D (BIM)- Revit Architecture 2009 service is ideal for coverting your AutoCAD files or PDF/TIF files to a BIM model in Autodesk Revit.
We will convert your AutoCAD (.dwg) files or PDF files into Revit Architecture 2009 (.rvt) format.
To get started, just mail your electronic files on a CD-R to our office or via email.
Note: For best results we recommend you include details, sections, elevations, etc. needed to accurately build an exact 3D model.
Paper to 3D Model Conversion
Our Paper to 3D - Revit Architecture 2009 service is ideal for coverting your 2D drawings to a BIM model in Autodesk Revit.
We will convert your hardcopy documents into Revit Architecture 2009 (.rvt) format. To get started, just mail your hardcopy drawings to our office or email us your scanned TIF/PDF files.
Note: For best results we recommend you include details, sections, elevations, etc. needed to accurately build an exact 3D model.
Asbuilts / Revisions / Markups
Our As-built / Redline Markup Service is ideal for creating as-builts based on marked-up hardcopy documents.
We will update your marked-up drawings into your choice of AutoCAD (All Versions) or Revit Architecture 2009.
To get started, just mail your "red-line" hardcopy drawings and electronic files to our office or email us the necessary files.
Our updating process of manually hand drafting each sheet is designed to perfectly match the original documents.
Note: We must have the original electronic AutoCAD or Revit files before we can update your marked up drawings.
